Professional Experience
Amanda Dierks joined Stream Realty Partners in 2017 and serves as Vice President of Project Accounting. In addition to managing a department responsible for producing accurate financial reports and delivering superior customer service to clients, she also oversees Service Organization Controls (SOC) compliance as well as the maintenance and implementation of Stream’s financial systems platform. Customer service, collaboration, and adaptability are paramount with her team which is evident in all aspects of their work.
Prior to joining Stream, Amanda spent 4 years in the healthcare industry before transitioning to real estate where she spent 8 ½ years in multi-family working her way up from Accounting Manager to Controller with Riverstone Residential Group and Greystar.
