Professional Experience
Amy Smith is a Senior Property Manager with over 14 years of commercial real estate experience. Amy has been with Stream Realty Partners since 2009. She has worked on portfolios including retail, industrial, suburban office, downtown office, and owners associations, and for such clients like Goldman Sachs, PacTrust, Sidra, GLP, DRA,
Pennybacker, AFIAA, and MIMCO.
Prior to joining Stream, she worked at Aspen Properties followed by Lincoln Property Company. In 2013, she left Stream for a year to start the Property Management division for Cielo Realty Partners and single-handedly managed a portfolio of over 400,000 feet of office, retail, and multi-family spread across Austin and the Rio Grande Valley.
Amy is currently an active member of IREM and BOMA and has her CPM certification. She served as a committee member on the IREM Young Professionals committee from 2010-2013 and the IREM Candidate Guidance Committee in 2021. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University.
