Professional Experience
Andrew Katzfey joined Stream in 2019 and currently serves as a Senior Associate for the San Antonio industrial team. Andrew’s primary responsibilities include procuring and closing leasing transactions, sales, tenant representation, and buyer representation. Andrew has been responsible for leasing over 700,000 SF of industrial product across San Antonio.
Prior to joining Stream full-time, Andrew studied finance at Texas A&M University in College Station. After graduation, he continued his education and graduated in 2018 with a Master of Real Estate.
