Professional Experience
Andrew Katzfey joined Stream in 2019 and serves as Vice President for San Antonio’s Industrial team. His primary role is to expand Stream’s industrial leasing and sales platforms throughout the San Antonio market, ensuring exceptional service for clients in their real estate transactions.
During his tenure at Stream, Andrew has assisted a diverse range of clients, including both institutional and local investors and users. He has successfully guided clients through the complete investment life cycle, encompassing acquisition, lease-up, and disposition. Additionally, Andrew has supported individual business owners in selling and purchasing their real estate assets. Andrew’s blend of experience in real estate investment and landlord/tenant representation has made him an adaptable and indispensable leader within the Stream team.
