Professional Experience
Ariella Middlebrook joined Stream in 2024 as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Based in Dallas, her role will help shape and drive Stream’s overall growth strategy. Ariella’s primary responsibilities include spearheading Stream’s financial strategy to promote fiscal excellence within the organization, which encompasses managing corporate accounting, treasury, and cash management, monitoring financial performance, and optimizing resources. Additionally, she will maintain and enhance banking relationships, conduct profitability analysis, and will play a vital part in the acquisition and structuring of brokerage teams.
Throughout her career, Ariella has carved a distinguished path, guiding financial operations through the waves of rapid organizational growth and pivotal transformation initiatives. Her strategic leadership is anchored in her vast experiences across Fortune 500 companies, global enterprises, agile startups, and Big 4 public accounting, with a keen specialization in the multifaceted realm of commercial real estate. Ariella has a rich history of collaborating with business partners to unearth and harness opportunities to elevate earnings.
Prior to joining Stream, Ariella served as Chief Accounting Officer & Global Controller at Kincentric (a SpencerStuart Company) for four years. Previous roles within the commercial real estate industry included U.S. Chief Financial Officer for Avison Young, Senior Director of Accounting Policy & Reporting for General Growth Properties, and SVP of Global Financial Accounting and Global SOX Program for JLL.
