Professional Experience
Axcel Valladares is an Associate within the Tenant Representation division of Stream’s Miami office. In this role, Axcel advises industrial occupiers on strategic real estate initiatives, guiding clients through all aspects of the leasing and acquisition process. His expertise includes lease negotiation, market research, site selection, transaction management, portfolio optimization, and developing long-term client relationships throughout Miami’s Airport West submarket.
Prior to joining Stream, Axcel served as a Founding Account Executive for Terrakotta AI and a Development Analyst at EDGE Developers. With three years of experience in commercial real estate and sales, Axcel led the startup’s revenue growth by 1,500 percent and contributed to the delivery of more than 200 LIHTC units valued at over $150 million.
