Professional Experience
Bella Marshall is an Associate in Stream’s Nashville office. In this role, she works in Landlord Representation, Investment Sales, and Tenant Representation. Her focus is in office, industrial, and land asset types and her expertise in sourcing and underwriting deals make her a key player in identifying opportunities for her clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Bella attended UCLA where she graduated with a B.A. in French and a double minor in Global Studies and Entrepreneurship. Before taking her roles as Associate at Stream, she held the role of Research Analyst in the Stream Nashville office.
In Bella’s free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, golfing, cooking, going for long walks, and watching movies.
