Professional Experience
Ben Dickey is a Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Chicago office. In this role, Ben represents institutional landlords, alternative asset managers, and local and multi-market occupiers in the strategy and execution of their industrial real estate objectives. His focus includes agency leasing, strategic redevelopment, and tenant/buyer representation.
Prior to joining Stream, Ben worked as a First Vice President for CBRE, where he partnered with industry veterans to advise clients across the O’Hare, DuPage, Northwest Cook County, and Interstate 90 submarkets. Throughout his career, Ben has completed transactions totaling more than $400 million in consideration across the Chicago metropolitan area.
