Ben Dotye is an Associate with Stream Realty Partners in Nashville and a native Nashvillian. Ben specializes in investment sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation across the Middle Tennessee market. He advises private capital investors, business owners, developers, and occupiers on acquisitions, leasing strategy, and asset positioning.
With a deep understanding of Nashville’s neighborhoods and growth corridors, Ben delivers informed guidance rooted in local knowledge and practical execution. He supports clients through site selection, underwriting, marketing, and negotiation, with a relationship-driven and proactive approach that has established him as a trusted advisor to owners and occupiers.
Prior to joining Stream, Ben served as a commercial real estate advisor with The Cauble Group, where he began building his book of business while completing his degree at Rhodes College.
