Bianca Aguilar joined Stream in 2021 and currently serves as a Property Manager. In this position, she is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of an office and healthcare portfolio. Bianca’s strengths include strong interpersonal skills that directly correlate to great customer service for her tenants and building patrons. Her organization and communication skills aid in the cumulative success of her team every day.
Prior to Stream, Bianca worked for Endura Advisory Group as a property administrator.
