Professional Experience
Blake McVean is an Associate with the Industrial Capital Markets division in Stream’s Denver office. In this role, Blake represents owners, developers, and tenants, advising both current and prospective industrial investors. Blake’s focus includes landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales, and capital placement, as well as expanding Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets platform and growing the firm’s presence across Colorado’s Front Range.
Prior to joining Stream, Blake worked in corporate real estate banking. With experience concentrated in Colorado’s industrial sector, Blake has completed leases, sales, and debt and equity placements for private and institutional clients across distribution, manufacturing, and development land. He has participated in more than $500 million in total transaction value.
