Bradley Dunn leads all aspects of Stream Atlanta’s industrial service division. Bradley’s 28 person team services 1 out of every 15 industrial buildings in the city (50 million RSF) for the world’s largest landlords, including; Blackstone (Link), TIAA CREF (Nuveen), Cabot, DRA, Deutsche Bank (DWS), GCP, and Faropoint. Under his leadership, the Atlanta industrial division added 47 million square feet of net, new assignments in under 4 years. This growth made Bradley’s team (i) the 5th largest industrial service platform in Atlanta by square footage and (ii) the 4th largest industrial service provider in Savannah, GA. Bradley received back-to-back “Stream Atlanta MVP” designations for 2017 and 2018. Bradley earned a Power Broker designation from CoStar in 2018 placing him among the top 15 industrial brokers in the city.
Prior to focusing on industrial product at Stream—Bradley served as asset manager for 2.1 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets in the Atlanta MSA and assisted in the acquisition of over $100 million worth of properties.
He attended UNC-Chapel Hill where he walked onto the lacrosse team and won an ACC Championship.
