Brett Abramson

Brett Abramson joined Stream in 2023 as Managing Director of the Phoenix Office Leasing Team, where he specializes in leasing Class A office buildings on behalf of institutional landlords and developers across the Phoenix metro area.

Prior to joining Stream, Brett served as an Executive Vice President with JLL for nearly 14 years. He previously worked as a Senior Associate for Grubb & Ellis and BRE Commercial, LLC. Before his career in commercial real estate, Brett worked for a lobbying firm on Capitol Hill and the securitization practice group of a major law firm in Washington, D.C.

Brett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University. He is a member of NAIOP and a frequent CoStar Power Broker Award winner.
