Professional Experience
Brianna McHenry is Associate Director of Property Management in Stream’s Southern California market. In this role, Brianna oversees operational activity for nearly 10 million square feet of commercial assets and supports owners and tenants through best-in-class service delivery. Brianna’s focus includes operational leadership, portfolio oversight, team management, and advancing professional standards within the industry.
Before joining Stream, Brianna worked as Vice President of Engagement at RiverRock Real Estate Group for more than 16 years, specializing in employee development, training, onboarding, property transitions, and audit and recruitment support. During her tenure, she also oversaw management teams and directed a diverse portfolio of properties across Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Greater Los Angeles.
