Brianna Punis is a Property Administrator with the Property Management division in Stream’s Southern California region, based in San Diego. In this role, Brianna supports the property management team in representing owners and tenants while ensuring operational excellence across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. Her focus includes vendor coordination, tenant relations, accounts payable and receivable processes, and event planning to enhance tenant engagement and community connection.
Prior to joining Stream, Brianna gained internship experience in real estate operations and client service, where she developed a strong foundation in property management and financial coordination.
