Professional Experience
Bridgid Thorburn joined Stream in November 2018 as a Property Administrator in Houston before transferring to Austin in September 2020 and ascending to Property Manager. She is responsible for financial reporting and budgeting, building tenant and vendor relationships, and coordinating property/ownership teams for marketing, construction, and building operations. While Bridgid has experience with office properties, she manages more than two million square feet of industrial space in the Central Texas region. She brings nearly nine years of commercial real estate experience to Stream.
Prior to Stream, Bridgid was a Real Estate Services Coordinator at CBRE, where she started her commercial real estate career after graduating from the University of Houston. She holds a Texas real estate license.
Bridgid enjoys being outdoors–whether she is paddleboarding, running, hiking, or camping–in her free time.
