Professional Experience
Brita Hovde is a Senior Associate with the Agency Leasing team in Stream’s Austin market. She specializes in all aspects of office leasing for institutional landlords, including strategic marketing, market positioning, deal negotiation, and asset strategy. Brita works closely with ownership groups to develop tailored leasing plans and leverages her market knowledge to help clients achieve their long-term real estate objectives. In addition to her agency work, Brita also represents tenants in developing and executing real estate strategies tailored to their growth plans, operational needs, and long-term business goals.
Prior to joining Stream, Brita worked at Ares Management in Denver as an Internal Sales Consultant in the Wealth Management division, supporting private client solutions and investment strategy.
Outside of the office, Brita is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, biking, swimming, and hiking. She also has a passion for live music and is often found exploring Austin’s vibrant music scene.
