Professional Experience
Cameron Grier is a Senior Associate at Stream, having joined the Austin office in 2024. His practice extends beyond traditional office leasing, representing both landlords and tenants while also advising clients on investment sales across a range of asset types.
Prior to Stream, Cameron built his foundation at Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville, Tennessee, beginning in 2019. There, he successfully executed leasing and sales transactions for a diverse client base, including Stockbridge, CIM Group, H&R Block, Raytheon, State Farm, Polygon, OakPoint, FASTSIGNS, Humana, Citizens Bank, Daymar College, and Truist, among others. Cameron brings experience across urban infill covered land, owner-user office properties, and middle-market investment sales, with a track record of working alongside both local ownership groups and institutional investors.
