Professional Experience
Carlton Redwine joined Stream in 2006 and currently is the Assistant Regional Director of Building Operations for Stream DFW. Throughout Carlton’s tenure, he has held various roles in Building Management including the role of Building Operations Manager at Frost Tower, in Fort Worth, Texas. Carlton has more than 25 years of experience in commercial office building operations and had worked on both mid and high-rise office buildings in the DFW area.
He has extensive experience with all facets of Building Operations, including Access Control Systems, Energy Management Systems, HVAC, boilers, critical systems, and all other general building equipment and systems. Carlton is also adept at Automated Preventative Maintenance System development, budgeting, and Capital project bidding and review and execution. Carlton has been instrumental in retrofitting many buildings to further enhance energy efficiency and has been an integral part of the Stream Team.
