Cary Horvath joined Stream in 2022 as a General Manager. She currently oversees a portfolio of more than 900k SF of Class A office and mixed-use retail as well as 1.2 million SF of industrial space in the Atlanta Market. Cary’s properties are located in the Buckhead, Midtown, and West Midtown Markets.
Cary’s career began in the hospitality industry where she worked in luxury hotels such as The Ritz Carlton, Buckhead, and The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, Virginia; both in management positions. During this time, Cary was able to hone in on the importance of service and its impact on the overall experience. Prior to joining Stream, Cary served as a General Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for 1.2 million square feet of office space, including Class A and mixed-use, one of the buildings earning the prestigious TOBY award two years in a row. Additionally, Cary served as Vice President of Operations for Serenbe Hospitality and Vice President, High Rise for FirstService Residential where she was responsible for the overall management of 17 luxury high-rise condominiums throughout Atlanta and a team of over 200 individuals providing management, maintenance, janitorial and concierge services.
Its with this extensive property management and hospitality background, Cary and her teams are able to provide tenants and Owners with an approachable, responsive, and service-focused management style.
In her free time, Cary loves to spend time with her family and friends as well as travel. Her travels have taken her to places like Bali, Argentina, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, China, Morocco, and most European countries. Cary is a member of The Urban Land Institute (ULI) where she is a graduate of the Center for Leadership program and has served as a Mentor for the ULI Young Leaders Program. Cary is a member of BOMA.
