Professional Experience
Chad Dixon is Vice President at Stream Realty Partners’ Southern California office in Irvine, CA, specializing in complex real estate sales. With a background in finance, real estate, and project management, Chad brings an entrepreneurial and analytical approach to every transaction, maximizing value for clients.
Throughout his seven-year commercial real estate career, Chad has overseen over $340M in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Previously, as a Financial Analyst at Colliers International, he underwrote more than 80 million square feet of commercial real estate. His experience also includes a career in construction equipment distribution, where he managed project sales and distribution.
Known for his relentless work ethic and attention to detail, Chad has earned a high rate of repeat business. He holds a Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University and is a licensed real estate professional in California.
