Charlie Gibson, CCIM, serves as Managing Director & Partner in Stream’s Nashville office. In this role, he advises landlords, tenants, and investors, with a focus on driving growth and delivering exceptional client service in one of the nation’s most dynamic real estate markets.

Prior to joining Stream, Charlie was Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in office leasing and investment sales. During his tenure, he represented both landlords and tenants, completing more than $1 billion in leasing and sales transactions. His extensive experience and expertise have established him as a prominent commercial real estate leader in the region.
