As Managing Director, Charlie provides leadership within Stream Realty’s DC Metro Market to include tenant representation, investment sales, construction management, acquisitions/investments, and development platform. Charlie is also responsible for providing senior advisory & oversight of major construction and development projects for Stream’s DC Metro Market.
Charlie also leads the Mid-Atlantic Region for Stream’s Industrial Development Services platform.
