Professional Experience
Chris Latvaaho joined Stream Phoenix in 2023 as a Senior Vice President, where he specializes in implementing and executing leasing and marketing strategies for client assets. With a strong background in research and analytics, Chris continues to exceed client real estate objectives, driving value for landlords and developers.
Prior to joining Stream, Chris served as a Senior Vice President for JLL, working with a significant office investment portfolio comprised of large institutional clients. He previously worked as the Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Properties Division in Phoenix, where he was involved in more than 1,500 lease and sale transactions totaling more than three million square feet. Additionally, Chris held positions with Scottsdale Property Management and Heitman Properties.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa and is a member of NAIOP. He has consistently earned the CoStar Power Broker Award.
