Christina Cruz

Christina Cruz serves as a Vice President of Property Management in Stream’s Houston Office. In this role, Christina manages 3,863,344 square feet of industrial and retail product located near Port Houston and West University for Principal Financial Group and INVESCO. Additionally, she oversees a team of Property Managers and support staff with over 7 million square feet of assets under management for nine clients.

With 11 years of management experience, Christina is well-versed in investor relationship development, due diligence, tenant relations, lease administration, budget preparation and implementation, reconciliations, service contract negotiations, construction management, and asset transitions for retail, industrial, and office property types. Her attention to detail and strong people skills have assisted her in providing best-in-class service to team members, clients and tenants.

Christina began her career at CBRE, where she assisted in managing over one million square feet of retail and office assets. Prior to Stream, Christina worked at Lincoln Property Company, where she managed over 800,000 square feet of office and retail.

Christina enjoys spending time with her family and serving as Co-Chair of the Stream Mentorship Program.
