Christina Cruz serves as a Senior Property Manager in Houston. She currently manages 212,599 square feet of office product in the Inner Loop and 37,185 square feet of retail product in Katy for Principal Financial Group, Level Office and Mason Creek Holdings.

With eight years of previous management experience, Christina is well versed in investor relationship development, tenant relations, lease administration, budget preparation and implementation, reconciliations, service contract negotiations, construction management and asset transitions for retail, industrial and office. Her accounting software experience includes Yardi, Kardin, JD Edwards, AVID and MRI.

Christina began her career at CBRE where she assisted in managing over one million square feet of retail and office assets. Prior to Stream, Christina worked at Lincoln Property Company where she managed over 800,000 square feet of office and retail. Previous clients include INVESCO, Urban America, Franklin Street Properties and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors/Barings.

Christina served on BOMA’s Expo Committee from 2013 to 2017 and successfully completed BOMA’s Leadership Lyceum program. She has a strong financial background in budgeting and property operations management. Her attention to detail and strong people skills have assisted her in providing best-in-class service to both clients and tenants.
