Professional Experience
Colin Hooper joined Stream in March 2023 and serves as a Property Manager for industrial and retail properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With more than a decade of customer service, communications, and management experience—and with a passion for helping others achieve their goals—he brings a strategic and client-focused approach to his role.
Colin began his career in 2016 as a metal building salesperson before expanding into various roles across the construction industry, including outside sales, project management, collections, accounting, and technical writing. He transitioned into commercial real estate as a Property Administrator at Stream, where he developed a strong foundation in property management and financial analysis before advancing to his current position. He is an active IREM member.
