Professional Experience
Colton Perkins serves as Vice President for Stream’s industrial division in San Antonio. His core responsibilities include landlord and tenant representation, tracking market data, and recognizing trends and investment opportunities for his clients. Colton leases over 1.5 million square feet of industrial and office flex product in San Antonio for institutional clients such as Agellan Commercial REITs and DRA Advisors.
Prior to joining Stream, Colton studied finance at Texas A&M University in College Station. After graduation, he continued his education and graduated with a Master of Real Estate.
