Professional Experience
Cristina Rortvedt joined Stream in 2012 and serves as Vice President of Office Property Management. She currently provides senior oversight on a real estate portfolio consisting primarily of Class AA and Class A product types. She leads a team of high-caliber property management professionals ensuring best-in-class service.
Cristina’s responsibilities include team development, assisting in developing strategic business plans, oversight and review of property financials, and managing client relationships. Cristina has excelled on several challenging projects and has been exposed to a wide array of property management product types, which has been key to her success in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Cristina served as Portfolio Administrator at PM Realty Group for a publicly traded real estate investment trust that acquires and owns medical office buildings. Before delving into property management, she spent five years as a research assistant for a privately held student housing developer.
