Professional Experience
Darryl Hoffman serves as an Executive Vice President for Stream’s Florida region. His multifaceted role encompasses leading the private client investment and owner/user sales platform across Florida, overseeing agency leasing for institutional and non-institutional clients in the Orlando area, and managing select tenant rep and portfolio assignments. With a diverse skill set and extensive experience, Darryl adeptly navigates the complexities of real estate transactions to deliver optimal outcomes for Stream and its clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Darryl served as a Senior Managing Director at JLL, where he oversaw agency leasing for local and institutional office owners in various submarkets throughout Orlando, along with a growing share of tenant representation work in Central Florida and beyond. Before JLL, Darryl was a Director at Taylor & Mathis, where he handled local agency leasing and tenant representation work within office and flex transactions. Previously, he worked in Newmark Knight Frank’s Washington, D.C. office, specializing in tenant representation.
Throughout Darryl’s career, he has worked on more than $200 million of transactions for both tenants and landlords across the local market, state, and region.
