Professional Experience
Dean Katz joined Stream in 2023 as a Senior Associate for Stream’s South Florida office. He is currently responsible for sourcing new office and industrial opportunities throughout Florida, with a focus on tenant representation, acquisitions, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Stream, Dean spent four years working at HKS Real Estate Advisors (formerly HKS Capital Partners) in New York, where he actively participated in closing over $1 billion in capital markets transactions across all asset classes. His debt and equity background provides him with a unique understanding of financial underwriting, asset valuation, and the overall lending environment, which he leverages to help clients successfully execute their commercial real estate objectives.
