Professional Experience
Erica Marshall joined Stream in August 2023 and serves as Vice President in Stream Realty Partners’ Chicago Office. Erica is responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, concentrating on landlord representation. Her expertise includes providing value-added leasing and advisory services to investors and third-party clients in Chicago.
Erica’s current agency leasing assignments total 5.6 million SF in downtown Chicago. Before joining Stream, Erica spent 11 years at Zeller, where she had direct leasing responsibilities for 2.8 million SF of downtown Chicago and suburban assets. She has been involved in several notable transactions, including American Dental Association (69,000 SF) and ACGME (103,000 SF).
Erica earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. She has been a long-time Board member of the Children’s Service Board of Lurie Children’s Hospital, where she serves as the Corporate Sponsorship Chair, leading the board in its corporate fundraising efforts. Erica, her husband Jon, and their two children, Maddux and Madison, live in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.
