Fiona Abbott

Fiona Abbott is a Vice President with the Investor Services division in Stream’s Nashville office. In this role, Fiona focuses on investment sales, representing land owners and investors in acquisitions and dispositions. Fiona’s expertise includes land and redevelopment opportunities, site positioning for resale, and strategic advisory for clients evaluating disposition versus development.

Prior to joining Stream, Fiona served as Senior Vice President of Diversified Development at GBT Realty Corporation, where she managed approximately $650 million in projects across 10 states, negotiated $30 million in public incentives, and expanded the predevelopment pipeline to $2.2 billion. She has also played a key role in significant Nashville developments, including 1525 Broadway, 1221 Broadway, River North (a 15-acre East Bank site at the entrance of Shelby Bottoms Park), and 3415 Murphy Road. Her project experience spans multifamily, condominiums, short-term rentals, mixed-use, and retail.

With more than 22 years of experience in engineering, entitlement, and real estate development, Fiona leverages her background to provide clients with informed, strategic representation in complex investment sales.
