Professional Experience
Fiona brings 22 years of experience in managing development, design, construction, and corporate real estate projects, with a strong commitment to Nashville, where she has resided for 17 years. She utilizes her local relationships and expertise to help property owners navigate the sales process. In her past roles, she has been involved in notable Nashville developments, including 1525 Broadway, 1221 Broadway, a 15-acre east bank site at the entrance of Shelby Bottoms Park, River North, and 3415 Murphy Road. Her project experience spans multi-family, condos, short-term rentals, mixed-use, and retail.
As SVP of GBT Realty Corporation, Fiona managed approximately $650 million in development across 10 states, negotiated $30 million in public incentives, and expanded the predevelopment pipeline to $2.2 billion. She is a registered Professional Engineer, a LEED-accredited professional, and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Indiana University Ft. Wayne. Additionally, Fiona serves on the Nashville Stormwater Management Commission.
