Professional Experience
Genevieve Evett joined Stream in 2017 as an Assistant Property Manager for 515 Congress in Austin and was later promoted to Senior Property Manager for her current assignment, RiverSouth. Genevieve’s approach to property management is best described as proactive and thorough, with a focus on providing a heightened client experience.
While at Stream, Genevieve assisted with the operational setup of RiverSouth’s 373,000-square-foot Class AA state-of-the-art smart building features that prioritized sustainability, state-of-the-art technology, and amenities for building tenants. RiverSouth was the first building in Texas to secure the SmartScore Platinum certification. She also oversaw lobby renovations, the exterior rooftop patio creation, full elevator modification, the addition of fitness and conference center amenities, and tenant buildouts at 515 Congress.
Genevieve began her real estate career in 2014 with The Hearn Company as a Tenant Services Coordinator for the 100-story, 2.7 million-square-foot of mixed-use space at The John Hancock Center in Chicago, IL. She is an active member of BOMA and the current VP of the IREM Austin Chapter.
In her free time, Genevieve enjoys walking her two dogs and checking out the food scene across Austin with her husband, a local Chef.
