Genevieve Mulville joined Stream Realty Partners in 2017. She is currently the Senior Property Manager at RiverSouth. As a Senior Property Manager, she has assisted with the operational setup of RiverSouth, a 373,000 SF Class AA office space that implements smart building features that place priority on sustainability and state-of-the-art technology and amenities for building tenants.

Previously, Genevieve managed 515 Congress Avenue in downtown Austin, TX. During her time, she oversaw a lobby renovation, exterior rooftop patio creation, full elevator modification, and the addition of fitness and conference center amenities as well as numerous tenant build-outs. Genevieve has experience in commercial property management, accounting, and construction management services.

She began her real estate career in 2014 with The Hearn Company as a Tenant Services Coordinator for the 100-story 2.7 million SF of mixed-use space at The John Hancock Center in Chicago, IL.
Genevieve received her bachelor’s degree in Business Environmental Sustainability from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She is also an active member of IREM and BOMA.
