Professional Experience
Geoff Foley serves as a Vice President within Stream’s Greater Los Angeles office. He specializes in retail leasing, focusing predominantly on Landlord representation. Geoff has worked with some of the top Landlord’s within Southern California, as well as represented exciting tenants in more recent times such as Trader Joe’s, Fast Five and Rocket Fizz.
Geoff prides himself on helping clients achieve their real estate goals through strategic merchandising plans, market intel, and client-focused decision making. His knowledge and relationship management continue to allow him to effectively market and lease properties through an active approach and dedicated work ethic. He provides superior service to clients and is committed to procuring consistent results.
Prior to joining Stream, Geoff worked at Newmark Knight Frank for the last five years where he was awarded the “Worn Out Shoe” award in 2017 which recognizes the hardest working young broker in the office.
