Greg Paugh is a Vice President with the Office Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Denver office. In this role, Greg represents tenants across industries, developing strategic solutions that align with each client’s unique business goals. His focus includes workplace strategy, relocations, expansions, consolidations, and lease renegotiations.
Prior to joining Stream, Greg was a Vice President at Hughes Marino, an Account Executive at Oracle NetSuite, and a Business Systems Analyst at KJUS. With years of experience across technology and real estate, Greg combines market expertise with operational insight to deliver impactful client results.
