Professional Experience
Irene Perez joined Stream in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Property Manager of a mixed portfolio in the San Antonio, Von Ormy, and Schertz areas. She brings more than 12 years of experience in property management and accounting for medical office, retail, industrial, and property associations.
Prior to Stream, Irene worked for companies such as HPI, JLL, and Travis Commercial. She began her career as a Property Assistant and worked through the ranks to Senior Assistant Property Manager. Irene brings a strong accounting background, and her diverse experience gives her the ability to best serve her team and property owners.
