Professional Experience
Irene Perez joined Stream Realty in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Property Manager of a mixed portfolio in the San Antonio, Von Ormy and Schertz areas. She brings with her 12 years experience in property management and accounting for medical office, retail, industrial and property associations.
Prior to Stream, Irene worked for companies such as HPI, JLL and Travis Commercial. She began her career as a Property Assistant and worked through the ranks to Senior Assistant Property Manager. Irene comes to Stream with a strong accounting background, her diverse experience gives her the ability to best serve her team and property owners.
