Professional Experience
Isa Pierri is a Market Research Analyst for the office and industrial teams in Stream’s Chicago office. In this role, Isa’s focus is on maintaining office and industrial inventory, running market statistics, and supporting brokerage teams with research and client materials.
Isa first gained experience as a Stream Summer Analyst intern in 2024 before joining full-time in 2025. In this role, she supported both office agency leasing and tenant representation teams. She was also involved in the initial efforts to establish Stream’s industrial platform in Chicago, helping lay the groundwork for the team’s growth.
