Professional Experience
Bridger Gunderson is a Senior Associate on Stream Austin’s Industrial Investment Sales team, where he specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) properties throughout Texas and the broader Sun Belt region.
Bridger focuses on sourcing off-market opportunities, advising tenants, owners, and investors on strategic real estate decisions, and underwriting industrial assets across a variety of investment profiles. His work centers on helping institutional investors, private capital groups, developers, and owner-users uncover value and execute transactions in one of commercial real estate’s fastest-growing asset classes.
Prior to joining Stream’s Industrial Investment Sales team, Bridger worked on the firm’s Office Tenant Representation team, where he developed a strong foundation in market research, financial analysis, transaction execution, and business development. His proactive, relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of the industrial real estate market have made him a trusted advisor to clients across the region.
Outside of work, Bridger enjoys exploring Central Texas, birdwatching, and spending time on Texas’s rivers, lakes, and waterways.
