Jack Sallis

Jack Sallis is a Senior Vice President on the Atlanta industrial team. Jack serves as the Northeast Submarket Leader, where his ability to locate deals and extensive market knowledge allows him to identify acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities for investors and occupiers. Jack routinely sources off-market deals for clients, while maintaining a focus on institutional landlord representation and tenant representation. While maintaining a keen eye for the next opportunity, Jack has also become an expert in industrial outdoor storage (IOS), completing more than $100M in transaction volume in this specific sector over the past 24 months. During his time at Stream, Jack has completed lease and sale transactions totaling over $300M in consideration. Some of Jack’s notable landlord clients include STRS Ohio, Longpoint Realty Partners, Sagard Real Estate, Faropoint Ventures, Stonelake Capital Partners. On the tenant representation side, Jack represents CKS Packaging, Best Warehouse and Transportation (BWT Logistics), and Sunco Lighting. Jack was named Stream Atlanta’s Top Producer in 2021 and has been in the Top 3 for production each year as a producer (2021-2024).

Before joining Stream, Jack attended the University of Georgia where he graduated from the Terry College of Business in 2019.
