Professional Experience
Jacob Foley joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager for Stream Orange County. Prior to joining Stream, Jacob began his property management career at STC Management, where he worked in both ownership and third-party property management. He discovered his passion in creating meaningful connections with tenants, vendors, and clients.
He currently assists in the management of more than three million square feet spanning across industrial, office, and retail assets. His responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations, tenant and vendor relations, property inspections and reports, lease administration, and accounting. With over three years of property management experience, he understands the high expectations of working with third-party clients and delivering top-tier service.
