Professional Experience
Jacob Rodriguez is a Property Manager with Stream Realty Partners, joining the San Antonio office in 2023. He has experience with retail, office, and industrial clients. At Stream, he oversees a portfolio of industrial properties and is responsible for all day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Stream, Jacob worked at Killam Development, managing 500,000 square feet of retail and office properties, and assisted in managing nearly 2 million square feet of industrial properties in Laredo, TX.
Jacob has a Master of Science in Financial Analysis and experience with Asset Management, Project Management, and Financial Analysis. He exudes Stream’s core values of being Smart, Nice, Honest, and Passionate and is committed to establishing strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.
