James Cohn

James is a Senior Vice President in Stream’s Phoenix office who specializes in the industrial product type. James has extensive experience in landlord representation, tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, and ground up development throughout the Metro Phoenix area. James came to Stream from CBRE, where he began his commercial real estate career in 2013.

A native of Phoenix, James entered the commercial real estate industry after playing Division 1 soccer at University of San Diego for 4 years. In his spare time, James likes to travel and enjoys supporting his favorite Arizona sports teams (Suns, Cardinals, Diamondbacks, & Coyotes)!
