Professional Experience
Jamie McEwin currently serves as a Property Manager in Stream’s Austin office. Having joined the firm in 2018 as a Property Administrator, and then promoted to Assistant Property Manager in 2020, Jamie has always strived for placing her clients’ best interests at heart throughout her five-year tenure at Stream. She prides herself on her dedication, tenacity, and commitment to quality of service, ensuring every property she’s involved with looks its very best, and operates as it should.
In her current role, Jamie manages a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of primarily industrial product in the Austin market, with office and flex product mixed in as well. She works primarily on properties for Ares and East Group, among others.
Prior to joining Stream, Jamie worked at Precision Heating & Air, where she honed her top-notch customer service skills across multiple departments, from sales to accounting to management.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys crafting and spending quality time with her children, grandchildren, and dogs.
