Professional Experience
As the Director of Research for the Southwest Region at Stream Realty Partners, Jared Dienstag leads all office, industrial, and retail market research projects for the Southern California and Phoenix regions. In this role, he creates thought-provoking pieces analyzing various economic trends, industry sectors, and demographic data to contribute valuable insights into real estate markets. He also collaborates with brokers and development teams on new business initiatives while overseeing regional quarterly reports. With a vast experience in real estate analysis, site selection, development, and market planning, Jared has held several leadership roles before joining Stream Realty Partners such as Associate Manager on the Real Estate Development team at Taco Bell and Research Manager at JLL.
