Professional Experience
Jason Schnittger started his commercial real estate career in Southern California in 1999 and joined Stream’s San Antonio team in 2005. There, Jason served as Managing Director and was instrumental in the development of San Antonio’s office into the largest commercial brokerage company in the market. Under his guidance, which included serving as San Antonio’s co-city leader for the last four years of his tenure, Jason and his San Antonio team built a portfolio of over 7.5 million square feet of office, office/flex and industrial product. In 2020, Jason transferred to the Charlotte market where he will continue as Managing Director and will lead the industrial division. Jason serves an integral role in Stream’s areas of expertise: tenant representation, landlord representation, acquisitions, dispositions and development. His “client first” and consulting approach have distinguished him amongst his peers. During his nineteen-year career in commercial real estate, Jason has successfully completed over 1,000 real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Stream, Schnittger was a successful broker in Orange County, California with ZCA, Inc., a top tenant representation firm, as well as with Grubb & Ellis Company. His breadth of experiences and aggressiveness made him one of the top producers in both the San Antonio and Orange County marketplace. Jason has represented Landlords including ProLogis, USAA Real Estate Company, McCombs Properties, TA Realty Entrada Partners, GeminiRosemont, First Industrial, GE Capital/Arden Realty, MetLife, Clarion Partners, DRA Advisors, RREEF, Dexus, Thackeray Partners, Mayfield Properties, Rancho Mission Viejo Company, Trigate Capital, Inc. and NNN Properties.
