Professional Experience
Jennifer McVay is the Creative Manager for Stream Realty Partners’ Southern California region, where she leads local creative operations and drives the development of high-quality, visually compelling marketing materials that support the market’s business objectives. Since joining Stream in 2020, Jennifer has been instrumental in elevating the creative output for SoCal—from managing day-to-day design needs to ensuring brand consistency and delivering polished, on-strategy visual solutions.
In her role, Jennifer partners closely with the business to translate ideas, positioning, and business goals into effective visual storytelling. She also provides guidance and mentorship to local team members, helping strengthen creative capabilities and streamline workflows.
Prior to Stream, Jennifer served as a Senior Marketing Specialist on CBRE’s National Product Marketing team, where she built a strong foundation in commercial real estate marketing and design. She now brings that expertise to Stream’s Irvine office, where her creative leadership supports leasing, investment sales, and broader market initiatives with clarity, impact, and consistency.
