Professional Experience
Jeremy Lumbreras serves as a Managing Director for the firm’s Industrial division in Houston. In addition to co-leading the Houston industrial team, Jeremy is also responsible for executing industrial transactions, identifying opportunities through project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Working within a growing 42 million square foot industrial leasing and management portfolio, Jeremy currently represents several of the largest institutional real estate owners in North America. Since joining Stream, he has completed over 1,000 lease transactions across all of Houston’s seven industrial submarkets, perennially earning recognition as a CoStar Power Broker and Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter.
