Professional Experience
Joanna Arreguin joined Stream San Antonio in 2021. She has her CPM designation and brings with her over 20 years of experience in office, retail, medical, and industrial management. Joanna is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of a prestigious residential/commercial office project.
Prior to joining Stream, Joanna served as a Senior Property Manager for Weitzman Group, where she oversaw the daily operations of a portfolio consisting of over 750,000 square feet of retail and medical product. In addition, Joanna worked for Westdale Asset Management Services, managing a Class A tower in San Antonio.
Joanna is an active officer of IREM San Antonio, serving as President Elect in 2022 and a designated IREM President in 2023.
