Professional Experience
Joanna Arreguin joined Stream in 2021. She has her CPM® designation and brings with her over 20 years of experience in office, retail, medical, and industrial management. Joanna is responsible for day-to-day management and operations of a prestigious residential/commercial office project.
Prior to joining Stream, Joanna served as a Senior Property Manager for Weitzman Group where she oversaw the daily operations of a portfolio consisting of over 750,000 square feet of retail and medical product. In addition, Joanna worked for Westdale Asset Management Services managing a Class A tower in San Antonio.
Joanna is an active officer of IREM San Antonio, currently serving as President Elect in 2022 and will be designated IREM President in 2023.
