Professional Experience
Joe Burton is a Program Manager within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. With a focus on specialty distribution and manufacturing, Joe oversees day-to-day project coordination, budgeting, scheduling and due diligence for project sites, and existing buildings. He is skilled at managing projects from inception through completion, ensuring each client’s business goals align with the real estate solution while maintaining efficiency, accountability, and quality across all project phases.
With more than a decade of experience in construction management and development, Joe brings a proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects. Prior to joining Stream, he served as a Senior Project Manager within JLL’s Project and Development Services Group in Atlanta, managing on-site construction for a range of institutional and commercial developments including the GreyStone Power Headquarters, the Nathan Deal Cyber Security Campus for Innovation, and the City of Savannah Arena.
