Professional Experience
Joe Reilly is a Regional Managing Director with the Property Management division, based in Stream’s Washington, D.C. office. In this role, Joe represents institutional and private commercial real estate owners and leads the strategic oversight and execution of property management services across the region. Joe’s focus includes operational performance, team leadership, client engagement, and the implementation of best-in-class management and sustainability practices.
Prior to joining Stream, Joe served as Vice President, Director of Property Management and Asset Services at Akridge. He previously held senior property management and leadership roles at Liberty Property Trust and Hines. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Joe brings a multi-faceted background spanning property management, leasing, asset management, acquisitions, and development.
